We were delighted with the service received as part of our kitchen installation. From day one, the engagement with staff and the help/support provided was excellent. The advice provided during design and kitchen selection was very helpful, and the contractors recommended to perform the fitting itself were superb – we had many people on site during installation (builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators) but every one was punctual, reliable, friendly and produced high quality work. All the work was coordinated by a Project Manager who kept us updated, managed our expectations, dealt promptly with our queries, and provided expertise to support our decisions. The whole end to end process was fantastic and we would definitely use 102 Kitchens and the fitting team again. Thank you for everything – we love our new kitchen.

We wanted to use 102 Kitchens as they were an independent local firm. From the beginning they listened carefully to our ideas and supported us in making informed choices. Communication was great and staff made us feel welcomed and confident throughout the whole process with their wealth of expertise and knowledge. From start to finish, 102 Kitchens were fantastic to deal with. We had an idea of a kitchen design for our ongoing extension, including an island. Our 102 kitchen designer took the time to listen and understand our wants. He then came up with ideas that not only achieved what we were looking to achieve but enhanced our end product. He produced drawings and was happy to send them to assist our builders, so everything tied in perfectly.

At one stage, we had many trades backing up in the build cos of covid related reasons but 102 flexed with us, to ensure everything from a kitchen perspective, was absolutely spot on. Nothing was too much trouble.

The fitters were excellent – very experienced, knew their products inside out so gave us great confidence the final finish was going to be exactly what we had hoped for.

In my chats with Tony, one of the designers at 102 Kitchens, it always felt like we were developing the kitchen together – my thoughts and ideas with his advice and knowledge.  He was happy to make changes throughout the process. The kitchen is lovely and looks exactly as I hoped.  Very positive experience.
